Whether you’re 5 or 15, nothing says “party” quite like a pool party! Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre has two packages to choose from – the Splash & Party Games Party gives you the best of both worlds with an hour of exclusive access to our outdoor park and basketball court plus a party games kit, followed by an hour of splash and pool play, while the Splash & Play Party is the original pool party favourite. Both are for a minimum of 10 children and include entry for the kids plus adult spectators, a reserved seated area with table and chairs, and a party bag and juice box for everyone. Party Information
Duration
Parties at Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre run for 2 hours of facility access. The Splash & Party Games Party splits this into 1 hour of exclusive outdoor park, basketball court and party games time, plus 1 hour of splash and pool play. If you’d like more party time, you can add an Extra Party Hour for $100.00 when you book online.
Booking Guidelines
- All parties must have adult supervision at all times.
- All children 5 and under must be within arm’s reach at all times while in the water, and children aged 10 and under must be actively watched at all times.
- Children must be 5 years or over and be able to complete a short swim ability test to use the inflatable.
- A minimum of 10 children applies to all party bookings.

What is included?
Every party at Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre includes:
- 2 hours of facility access
- Child access, plus access for adult spectators
- A reserved seated area including table and chairs
- A party bag and juice box for each child
The Splash & Party Games Party also includes 1 hour of exclusive access to our outdoor park and basketball court, plus a party games kit. Party platters, BBQ hire and other food options can be added on when you book.
What is the cost of a party?
Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre has two party packages, both 2 hours with a minimum of 10 children:
- Highfields Splash & Party Games Party – $200.00
- Highfields Splash & Play Party – $170.00
Optional extras you can add when booking online:
- $20.00 – Add an extra party guest
- $100.00 – Extra party hour
- $60.00 – BBQ hire
- $30.00 – Party platter, sharing chips
- $55.00 – Party platter, party pies & sausage rolls
- $55.00 – Party platter, vegetarian spring rolls & chips
- $60.00 – Party platter, chicken nuggets & chips
- $60.00 – Party platter, dagwood dogs & chips
- $5.00 – Peters ice cream of choice
- $2.00 – Slushee upgrade
What if I need to add extra guests to the list after I have booked?
Additional guests or siblings can pay for an access armband on the day of the party at the pool reception. If you aren’t 100% sure on numbers when you book, you are welcome to purchase additional wristbands at reception on the day.
Is it possible to rent a BBQ?
Yes. BBQ hire is available as an optional extra for $60.00 and can be added to your party when you book online.
Cancellations
All applications to cancel, amend a date or request a refund on any booking must be made with 48 hours notice and will incur a $100 processing fee (non-refundable). Customers will receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to enquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
